Bullying isn’t right! Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean that you need to bring other people down with you!
I have learned from experience that bullying hurts and no one will benefit from it. If you are being bullied, talk to your parents or counselor. They may be able to stop that problem.
Bullying comes in many forms. For example, If I say, “You’re ugly,” that’s bullying.
There are many signs of bullying. If you are not doing something that you normally enjoy, your parents will suspect something and ask you a lot of questions about why you are acting weird. TELL THEM! TELL SOMEONE!
Someone could already be having a bad day. When you say something that is mean to them, you just made that day even worse. Do you really want to do that? Everyone should be able to have a good day without getting bullied. Maybe people lash out because they have been bullied themselves. Instead of bullying someone else, you can go to someone for help. Just know that people are here to help you.
I heard a saying once and it’s about how life is hard and tough, but you will get through it. Getting bullied isn’t fun, but you can get through that too!
Be your own BULLY-FREE ZONE! Even though you’re going through a tough time in your life, believe in yourself no matter what you may be going through. If people say, “You’re ugly” or “You don’t belong here” tell yourself you do belong. You’re not ugly! You are a person, a human being, and you have a reason to live a happy life. People need you. Your family needs you. Your friends need you. YOU need you!
You are beautiful. You do not, and I repeat, you do not need to change yourself just so people accept you. We all need a bully free zone in order to learn and grow. Just because you had a bad day doesn’t mean that you should put anyone else down or add to anyone else’s bad day.
Bullying is NOT SUPPOSED to be a thing, AT ALL.
Let’s eliminate it!
